Deer Park

Aptly named the Deer Park Dome and offering the ultimate in player comfort the Dome structure by Lightweight Structures was the perfect roofing solution for the Deer Park Bowls Club.

With icy winds coming from the north and west both day and night, the Dome structure with low perimeter beams on all four sides in conjunction with 3m high Colourbond Fencing on the North and Western sides, offers lawn bowlers, shelter from the wind and rain.

Furthermore, to create the ultimate in player comfort the Dome structure incorporates gas heating fastened to the underside of the East and Western perimeter beams of the Dome.  Speakers for provision of music and a state of the art Electronic Scoreboard add to the appeal of this bowling facility.

The Serge Ferrari TX30 roofing fabric allows for the dissemination of natural light under the structure.

The synthetic bowling green and Dome fabric roof was new construction as part of a broader Club redevelopment.  The Bowling facility features a purpose-built Bowlers lounge (under construction) with the inclusion of a shop, café as well as a redeveloped outdoor entertainment area.

Complimenting the clubs two exiting grass greens, Bowling under the Dome is a specific bowling green for competition and social lawn bowls.
